Accountability was there because it was live on Zoom as compared with an generic exercise video or fitness app. It was a great workout, I didn’t have to leave the house and the balance of lower body, upper body and mindfulness was spot on!

Demanding, motivating and a little bit cheeky - Ness knows how to push you to your limits. Her classes are physically and mentally challenging but the sense of accomplishment at the end makes me look forward to the next one.
