My first breathwork session with Ness was a leap into the unknown, but I took it with complete trust in her. As always, she met us exactly where we were—offering compassion, vulnerability, and gently grounded guidance. She introduced the practice in bite-sized, “no-wrong-answers” steps, making it approachable and deeply human.

Three-quarters of the way through, I experienced an unexpected emotional release—tears pouring, nose running, heart wide open. I felt cracked open in the best way: safe, seen, grateful, and free. Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of experiencing a 2-hour Transformational Breathwork session with Ness. I have done a number of Breathwork courses and classes over many years, and can hand on heart say none were as memorable or life altering as this one.
