What is Workout Work In?
Workout Work In is a holistic online 45 minute practice that increases your heart rate by working out, and improving your head space, by working in. The first 30 minutes of the session is dedicated to breath work, warm up and moving through achievable blocks of dynamic strength and aerobic training exercises. You'll then transition into a calming cool down and meditation practice that will leave you feeling strong, inspired and nourished. Here's what people are saying about the practice. To Start:

You'll need: A yoga mat Water bottle Hand weights (2 - 4 kilos but not essential) Fully charged device (mobile, laptop, ipad) Reliable internet connection To get the most out of this practice: Please log into the session at least 5 minutes before. This ensures everyone is ready to go right on time. I need to see you. Every session is personalized and not a generic online fitness video where you feel invisible. Please set your device up on a chair so I can see your full body as you stand up or lay down. Most people prefer to set up their device indoors to minimize any glare from the sun.
