Do I have to be a super fit to join?
Workout Work In is for everybody, regardless of where you are on your fitness and wellness journey. Exercises are based on time, so you can do as little, or as many, of the movements within that timeframe. Go with what feels right with your body. There are days we feel strong and energetic, and other times not much. Trust your body and go with that. I promise you - muscles will be firing, sweat will be dripping and endorphins charging. You'll love it.
I don't usually meditate. I'm not sure if this is for me?
I encourage you to be open to the experience of a guided meditative practice and see how you feel. You may just start to feel calmer, less reactive or anxious in your daily life. Connecting to your breath, being present, mindful, non-judgmental and compassionate to others and yourself, are the incredible flow on effects of meditation.
What do I physically need for each session?
A yoga mat
Water bottle Hand weights (2 - 4 kilos but not essential) Fully charged device (mobile, laptop, ipad) Reliable internet connection A chair to place your device on so I can see you if you stand up or lay down Having a positive "I'm going to feel a gazillion times better for this" attitude, also helps! I just had a baby, can I do these workouts?

Please wait until after your postnatal check and I would highly recommend you visiting a Women’s Health Physio too for an assessment on your pelvic floor and core before we commence training. I am recovering from an injury, can I still join in?
No problem. You’ll need to provide full details of the injury and your rehab treatment plan on your Intake Form. We can then take it from there.
Why do I need to log on to the session 5 minutes before it starts?
This ensures everyone is ready to go right on time.
How do I pay for a package?

How do I book my session online?
You can book your sessions in advance via BOOK ONLINE . We have also created an extra page to help you if you get stuck. Follow this link for a step by step guide on how to re-book sessions once you have purchased the multi-session package.
How do I cancel a session online?
Once you pay for and book a session, you will receive an email to confirm the time, date of this session and Zoom link.
You'll also receive a 24hr reminder email with the option to cancel or reschedule if you need to. Alternatively, we encourage you to create an account so you can manage your sessions. How do I actually participate in the session?
Once you pay for and book your session, you'll receive an email that has the Zoom link for your scheduled session. Please download the app Zoom or just click onto the link to the webpage, 5 minutes before your session starts and we'll take it from there!
What is a “100% Satisfaction Guarantee”?

Does my package expire?
Yes.
5 sessions packs are valid for 10 weeks (from the date of purchase). 10 sessions packs are valid for 20 weeks (from the date of purchase). Why haven’t I heard back from Workout Work In within the hour?
I will 100% respond to your messages, emails and queries within a timely manner. I'm also a one-man band with three high energy kids, so your patience (especially during this launch phase) is treasured.
Why do I need to provide 24 hours notice to cancel my session?
We value your time, our time & the service provided. We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling your session or rescheduling, however a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling (or rescheduling) is necessary so you avoid being charged for the session.
What currency are packages charged at?
All packages are charged in Australian Dollars.
How do I track how many sessions I have left?
You will be notified by email after you have redeemed a session and you'll be notified how many sessions you have left. Also if you have created an account - you can always check there too.
Can my partner / roommate / great Aunt join in?
If you are both Workout Work In legends and have packages ready to rock, then absolutely! Otherwise encourage your mates or family to sign up. It’s quick and easy to do and you get instant access.
Can my kids join in?
It's totally cool to get your kiddos involved. Though, I would like you to think about YOU and if that best serves the way you want to care and nurture yourself. If it is, fab! If not, perhaps take this time to give back to yourself.
What's the Complimentary Exercise Refresher?
15 minutes before every session, you can log online for a complimentary refresher of exercises we do repeatedly, but don't always get right. You’ll receive clear instructions and personalized feedback on how to safely perform push ups, squats, lunges and planks.
Can I participate in these sessions if I live in another country?
Absolutely! Sessions can be accessed from around the world but with timezones - its more compatible if you live in Australia, Asia / Pacific and America. Europe is a little more tricky, but if you like 3am workouts - let's go!
Are there a maximum number of participants?
Yes. Sessions are limited to 15 people.
That's also why its important to honour the cancellation policy 24 hrs in advance, so this opens up a space for others. Can I do the session with my camera turned off?
Unfortunately no. Your wellbeing (and safely performing exercises) will always be my priority. While you're exercising along others, the sessions are designed to help you tune into your own breath, movement and practice. You may look up on occasion at the screen to see whats happening but ultimately, this is about trusting your body and honing in on that. I also know how to get the most out of you as a trainer, and that requires me to see you in action! So trust the process and please keep your camera on.
What are the benefits of a "live" workout verses training with a fitness app or Youtube workout?
Unlike fitness apps and prerecorded videos online, you will experience direct accountability and personalized support with Workout Work In. I will be watching everyones form and providing modifications (regressions and progressions), motivating you to go a little harder or encouraging you to slow things down and tune into your body. It's real. Unedited. Fun. Sweaty. Engaging. That's the best part about it being 'live'.
What should I do if the internet connection drops out?
These things can happen. If you can't see me, you will be able to hear me so keep moving. If you completely drop out, please log back in using the same password and we'll keep the class flowing.
